Parma ham, blueberry and feta salad
Ingredients
- 1 packet baby salad leaves
- 70g Danish feta, crumbled
- 3 spring onions, thinly sliced lengthways
- 150g fresh blueberries
- 10 thin slices Parma ham
- white balsamic vinegar, to serve
- avocado oil, to serve

		Combine the salad leaves, feta, spring onionsand blueberries in a bowl, top with the ham and serve drizzled with the vinegar and oil.
