The next chapter of Brookdale Estate’s narrative takes shape in The Bistro and the Tasting Room, located on the gentle slopes of the farthest corner of vineyards and looking over a sea of vineyards and the mountainous landscape. Located in the estate’s newly established cellar, The Bistro at Brookdale is officially open for lunch from Tuesdays to Sundays and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
